PLEASE bring an apron if doing a ‘messy’ activity and your usual sewing things including an embroidery hoop if you have one if doing a ‘clean’ topic.

There will be a charge on the day of £2 to cover the cost of materials.

Alison Hamblin - Shadow work: Quick alternative shadow quilting with sheers, shapes and stitch
Alison Hulme - Stencilling surprise: exploring interesting effects with stencils
Margaret Lawson - Coil pots: Make a small pot or mat using a length of plastic rope wrapped with strips of fabric and hand stitched together.
Eliza Bruml - Tiny chickens: Make a 3-D chicken brooch, embellished with hand-embroidery and beads.
Ann Wheeler - Folded books: A simple way to produce a small book for keepsakes
Tina Sharp - Fill a vase: Stencil a plaster flower vase and fill it with stitched flowers.
Liz Frampton - Gelli printing. Explore a new way of producing interesting effects.
Joan Jarret - Map bookmarks: Hand stitched and embellished using reclaimed materials.
