Winchester Embroiderers' Guild welcomes contemporary and traditional textile artists, embroiderers and craft enthusiasts

June 1st is fast approaching and Anne has not received many contributions for the SEW magazine. Can you help? Perhaps you could review a book you have bought, recall an early memory or report memories of the Guild recalled by elderly members. She is also keen for more information on the work that she puts on Facebook - some of it is most unusua. Could explain how it is done and elaborate on any of the failed attempts you made before achieving your vision.

Anne is aware many of you have thought of writing for the magazine. Now is the time to get your pencil out - ideally she would like the contributions by the 1st May 1st to give her sufficient time to work on the magazine but will accept contributions up to the middle of May.

The magazine continues to improve and while its core content covers textiles and embroidery, supporting articles on relevant book reviews, exhibition reports and projects would all be appreciated. Articles on food, travel and inspiration gardens you migh have visited would also be welcome. If you would like to contribute to the magazine please refer to this guide.

Anne Waldon-Mills looks forward to your support.
